Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-02

Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or requesting an estimate, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our services

DeckMasters provides deck refinishing, restoration, staining, fence staining and restoration, pressure washing, and driveway cleaning services in the Seattle area. Descriptions on this site are for general information and are not a guarantee of specific results, which vary with the condition of the wood or surface.

Estimates & pricing

Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may change if conditions differ from what was described or observed. No estimate becomes a binding agreement until both parties confirm the scope and price in writing.

Scheduling & weather

Because our work depends on suitable weather for cleaning, drying, and finishing, timelines are estimates and may shift due to conditions outside our control. We'll communicate any changes as early as possible.

Warranties & workmanship

We stand behind our workmanship. Any specific warranty terms will be provided with your written estimate or agreement. Natural wood is a living material; some variation, weathering, and maintenance over time are normal and expected.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeckMasters is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service at issue.

Website content

The content, design, and graphics on this site are the property of DeckMasters and may not be copied or reused without permission. We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that all information is complete or current.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of Washington State.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
